The IVA Register is part of the Insolvency Register and contains details on all current individual voluntary arrangements and bankruptcies. The register is maintained by the Insolvency Service.
Details of an IVA will remain on the IVA Register until the end of the arrangement or to record a failure of the IVA if appropriate.

What information is recorded?
The Insolvency Register which includes the IVA Register records details on IVA’s, bankruptcies and associated restriction orders as well as debt relief orders with their associated restriction orders. The information will usually include names and addresses and details of each arrangement.
The IVA Register is mostly used by lenders and credit reference agencies but it can be accessed by the general public.
