Consumer Behavior
Consumer Behavior is a terms that refers to the actions of the end users of the retail goods and services.
Consumers are the people who buy goods and services for personal consumption rather than resale or manufacture. Firms focus on the analysis of consumer behavior especially in terms of the consumers' motivation to buy - since adjusting the characteristics of the products to the consumer's liking and demand is crucial when it comes to increasing sales.
