Casual Employment is the kind of employment under which working hours depend on need.
Casual Employment is more common in underdeveloped economies.
Jobs that fall under casual employment are usually temporary or seasonal. Since no unions or job contracts are involved in this kind of employment, workers do not receive any sort of benefits.
