Annual report is a yearly report about a firm that provides key information according to which others can judge its financial and operational well-being.
A typical annual report includes a letter by the president, financial statements, analyses of operation, and audit reports. Annual reports can be prepared either for the fiscal year of the firm or the calender year.
Investors, creditors, and lenders examine a firm's annual report when making financial decisions about it.
