Annual Meeting
Annual meeting is the setting under which the shareholders of a corporation meet and discuss the activities of the firm with the board of directors. The most commonly discussed issues in annual meetings are, typically, the election of the board of directors, the contents of the annual report, and other propositions awaiting shareholder vote.
